José Moreno has served for over 30 years in the federal public sector as General Manager and Head of Department of specific expertise areas in the IT field: Statistics, Demography, Geography, Electoral Processes and Social Sciences, mainly — but also in allied disciplines such as Geomatics, Geointelligence, and the Data and Knowledge’s Society Program, which he developed in 2008.
In the Private Sector, he’s been a pioneer Consultant and founder—associate of several Data, Software and Business, and IT initiatives.
He’s highly experienced in multi-disciplinary projects and works from a global approach that assembles skilled teams’ different strengths to the delivery of forceful products and technologically effective results in the Innovation wide scope.
He’s passionate about music and Hispanic literature.
